Welcome to Medicated Touch! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1. Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

1.2. Service Area: Medicated Touch operates within Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa Del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal Bahía Principal, and Tulum. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.

1.3. Health Disclaimer: Medicated Touch services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. Clients with medical conditions must consult their doctor before booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked through our official website, app, or by contacting us directly. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking.

2.2. Payment Terms: Full payment or a MX$600 or USD$30 deposit is required upon booking for individual and couples services.  A 30% deposit is required to book group experiences and events.

2.3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund except for parties of 6 or more will forfeit 10% of the budgeted event.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will forfeit their deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Safe Environment: Clients must provide a clean, safe, and quiet environment for the session.

3.2. Health Information: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session.

3.3. Proper Conduct: Medicated Touch reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior.

4. Practitioner Responsibilities

4.1. Professional Standards: All practitioners are certified and follow professional industry standards.

4.2. Punctuality: Practitioners will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Clients will be notified of any delays.

4.3. Privacy: All client information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

5. Liability

5.1. Injury or Discomfort: Medicated Touch is not liable for any injury or discomfort arising from undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare.

5.2. Damage to Property: Medicated Touch is not responsible for any damage caused by practitioners unless due to negligence.

6. Amendments

Medicated Touch reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or email notifications.
